Frequently asked questions

How often will my grounds be serviced?+
It depends on the season and site. Most commercial sites get weekly to fortnightly visits through spring and summer, scaling back in winter. We agree the schedule upfront in your written scope, not a fixed roster regardless of what the season needs.
Do you handle drainage and irrigation?+
Drainage checks are part of our grounds programme. If we spot an irrigation issue or a blocked drain, we can flag it and bring in our plumbing or drainage teams under the same contract.
Can grounds care be combined with other services?+
Yes. Grounds Care is one of seven services available under one contract, one invoice and one point of accountability – take it alone or bundle it with cleaning, maintenance and more.
What areas do you service?+
Facility Plus operates nationwide across New Zealand, with local crews on the ground delivering the actual work.
