We started Facility Plus because commercial cleaning and maintenance had become a numbers game – thin scopes, rotating crews, and no one accountable when standards slipped.
Facility Plus Services Limited was established in 1993, built on the director's background in management, cleaning and facilities maintenance. What started as a cleaning provider has grown into a nationwide facility services company – but the way we work hasn't changed: write a real scope, put trained people on it, supervise them, and tell the client the truth. No shortcuts, no over-promising.
