Yes – vetted, inducted and covered. Certification details and policies are supplied with every proposal.
Can we take one service instead of the whole lot? +
Yes. Most sites start with cleaning and add grounds, hygiene or maintenance later. Each service is scoped and priced on its own.
Do you work outside business hours? +
Most commercial cleaning runs before or after hours. Reactive and maintenance work is scoped around your operating hours and agreed up front.
What happens when something breaks? +
Call your supervisor. Reactive maintenance goes through the same team, so you're not chasing separate contractors.
Do you service sites outside Auckland? +
Yes – we're a New Zealand service provider working nationwide, with local crews on the ground.
Is there a minimum contract length? +
It depends on the site and the services involved – we'll cover contract length when we put together your written scope.
